Fellow
For highly experienced ADR professionals with leadership roles in the field
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of ADR practice experience
- Advanced certification in at least two ADR methods
- Demonstrated leadership in the ADR field
- Published research or significant contributions to ADR
- Endorsement from two current Fellows
Key Benefits:

Full Member
Certified ADR practitioners with at least two years of practice experience
Requirements:
- IADRP-Africa certification in at least one ADR method
- Minimum 2 years of ADR practice experience
- Good standing with no disciplinary issues

- Reference from a current member or supervisor
